Terms & Conditions: Minimum order value of £10.00. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, all orders will be charged at the price advertised at the time of the order being placed. Any claims for shortages and / or damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery, after that time we will not be held responsible. You can make your claim by e-mail or telephone, if making your claim by telephone outside of work hours please leave a message stating your full name, telephone number and the details of your claim and we will respond as soon as work recommences. Any cheques re-presented or returned to us by the bank are subject to an administrative charge of £25.00. Special orders may be subject to a deposit, the terms placed on any deposit will be given at the time of us making the request. Any weights and measures given in relation to a product are an approximation only. All prices are for single items only unless otherwise stated. If we suspect that an animal is in ill health we will retract it from sale / postpone delivery until a time when we are satisfied with its health. Please remember that we can not accept responsibility for any diseases / virus that is not visibly detectable and all animals should be quarantined accordingly by yourself before introducing to existing livestock. We will always do our best to provide the required sex ratio but we can not guarantee and will not be held responsible for the supply of animals of an incorrect sex. Live arrival guarantee is available on all live stock deliveries, if a time / date is arranged for delivery and you are not in to accept the delivery at that time / date then you will void your guarantee. We do not offer any guarantees on livestock past this live arrival. Unless otherwise stated delivery is by Royal Mail - First Class Post, larger orders are sent by next day before 14.00 hr courier. All livestock deliveries are sent by next day before 12.00 hr courier other than invertebrates which may be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Collection of orders and the viewing of stock is available by appointment only, we do not have a retail premises. All items remain the property of Pollywog until payment is received in full. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
