With the introduction of the new General Data Protection Regulations that you’ll have all heard plenty about recently we too need to let you know how we store and use your data.
The only data we hold is that which you enter when creating an account or placing an order via this website. That information includes your name, addresses (for billing & delivery), contact telephone number, and email address. This is the information that we require to successfully process your order.
Names & Delivery Addresses are passed onto all of our carriers (Royal Mail, ParcelForce, UPS, & Hermes) to enable the delivery of your goods. Some of these carriers may also insist on a contact telephone number being provided.
We do not use mailing lists and we will never sell your information to a third party.
All customer information is stored on a secure server and desktop computer and is only accessible by an authorised member of staff.
You can login to your account at any time to change or remove the information that you have entered.
