Prices are subject to change without notice, all orders will be charged at the price advertised at the time of the order being placed. All prices are for single items only unless otherwise stated.
Any weights and measurements given in relation to an item are an approximation only and in many cases respond to the exterior packaging dimensions for shipping and NOT the dimensions of the item itself.
Some orders may require a deposit, the terms placed on any deposit will be given at the time of us making the request.
All items remain the property of Pollywog until payment is received in full.
Any cheques re-presented or returned to us by the bank are subject to an administrative charge of £30.00.

Shipping & Returns
We do not offer a same day dispatch / next day deliver service however we will always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Second Class, MyHermes, or TNT Express (TNT will require a signature).
Viewing / collection is available by appointment only from our premises in Malvern, Worcestershire.
Any claims for shortages, or damages must be made within 24hours of delivery, after that period we will not be held responsible. You can make your claim by e-mail or telephone, if making your claim by telephone outside of work hours please leave a message stating your full name, telephone number and full details of your claim and we will respond as soon as work recommences.
We reserve the right to request faulty / damaged items be returned to us before any refund / replacement is given and the choice of refund or replacement lies solely with us.
If an item is returned due to a fault we will refund the cost of return postage, if an item is returned due to it being ordered in error the cost of return postage will remain the responsibility of the customer.
You must be 16 or over to purchase livestock. If we believe that the animals may come to some harm under your care or that you are not capable of looking after them to an acceptable standard we will refuse sale.

Unless otherwise stated all livestock deliveries are sent by TNT Express on a before 12 noon service. Animals are packed to last a minimum of 24hours sometimes 72hours in transit using heatpacks and / or polystyrene boxes when required.
We will always do our best to provide the desired sex ratio but we can not guarantee sexes and will not be held responsible for the supply of animals of an incorrect sex.
Some invertebrates and some animal eggs can be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
If we suspect that an animal is in ill health we will retract it from sale / postpone delivery until a time when we are satisfied with it’s health. Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any diseases / virus’ that is not visibly detectable and all animals should be quarantined accordingly by the buyer before introducing to existing livestock.
If temperatures are expected to reach a level that poses a threat to the health of the animals or for any reason we suspect delays may occur in the delivery of animals such as adverse weather conditions, worker strikes, road closures etc. we will postpone the delivery and arrange for an alternative date.
Live arrival guarantee is available on livestock deliveries unless otherwise stated. If a time / date is arranged for delivery and you are not in to accept the delivery at that time / date then you will void your guarantee.
We do not provide any guarantees on any animal past live arrival.

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence showing clear distinguishing features or if necessary the return of the animal in question.
